Job summary

Hereford Group in Cape Town is seeking a results-driven Financial Adviser to join our full-time, hybrid team. You will prospect, network and refer clients, building a robust book of business while servicing existing clients with tailored financial plans and investment advice.

You’ll work under a commission-only model with an attractive, uncapped earnings potential, supported by admin and paraplanning, and a focus on compliant, needs-based financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning and investment skills.
• Excellent communication and business development ability.
• Three to five years’ experience in financial advisory or sales.
• Postgraduate diploma in financial planning is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build new business through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Grow and service an existing client portfolio with tailored plans.
• Advise on investments, retirement planning and insurance.
• Meet sales targets while adhering to regulatory requirements.
