Qualifications

• Requires RE5/FAIS accreditation and relevant licenses.
• Proven experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, retirement planning, and insurance solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients, assessing goals, risk tolerance and financial situation.
• Develop and present tailored financial plans, including investments, retirement projections and insurance recommendations.
• Educate clients on financial products and services to enable informed decisions.
• Continuously monitor portfolios and market conditions, making adjustments as necessary.
• Build a strong client base through networking, referrals and proactive business development.
