Job summary

PSG Konsult Ltd. in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a Wealth Administrator to support the Wealth Adviser by handling admin, client data, and policy processing. The role focuses on quality service, client retention, and referrals within the Practice Service framework.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years wealth administrative experience in life insurance, investments, retirement, and savings products, plus fluency in English and another SA language. This is a permanent on-site position in Kloof.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years wealth administrative experience within the financial services industry dealing with life insurance, investments, retirement and savings products.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other official South African language.
• Ability to work independently; eager to learn and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• General administrative duties to support Wealth Adviser.
• Handle administrative duties around wealth, risk and group scheme policies and clients.
• Prepare client files and process client queries/instructions.
• Diary management for new and existing business cases and for the Wealth Adviser.
• Arrange appointments between Wealth Adviser and clients.
• Navigate and assist clients on CRM systems (MyPractice).
• Prepare client review packs, portfolio/investment summaries and compliance documents.
• Maintain accurate client records and regulatory documents.
