Placements24 in Richards Bay is seeking a seasoned Water Resources Civil Engineer to lead planning, design and implementation of sustainable water management systems, including stormwater, flood control and water supply infrastructure.

You will work within our environmental and infrastructure team, applying hydrological modeling (HEC-RAS, SWMM), GIS tools, and environmental impact assessments to deliver compliant designs and robust solutions for KwaZulu-Natal communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water Resources or Hydrology.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in water resources engineering, including design and project management.
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM) and GIS tools.
• Experience with environmental impact assessments for water infrastructure projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
