Duties & Responsibilities

• Design of water infrastructure including pipelines pump stations boreholes water / wastewater treatment works reservoirs control valves etc.
• Assist with reports for all stages of project implementation including inception feasibility concept & viability design development tender & procurement etc.
• Contract administration and project management including interaction with clients contractors & other stakeholders attendance of progress meetings etc.
• Preparation of tender documentation including specification writing bill of quantities and drawings.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• BTech / BSc / B Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registration with ECSA as PR Tech or PR Eng will be an advantage.
• Minimum 8years practical experience in the design of water infrastructure contract administration quality monitoring report writing tender documentation etc.
• Knowledge of GCC JBCC and NEC Contracts advantageous
• Experience in compiling reports
• Experience in liaising with clients contractors other disciplines and various other project stakeholders.
• Proficient in Civil Designer AutoCAD Civil 3D essential
• Knowledge of iDAS & Wadiso / Epanet recommended
• Experience in Revit & Surge design software beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Project Word Excel PowerPoint.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Proficiency in English.
• Medically fit and willing to work on construction sites.
• Minimum Code B (08) drivers license.
