You are

• Holder of a swimming proficiency certificate
• Pedagogical, able to teach technical and safety rules to guests of all levels
• Leader, capable of managing, motivating and supporting a team
• Passionate, inspiring guests to discover, progress and push their limits through watersports
• Responsible, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and seamless activity execution

You will

• Supervise all watersports activities offered such as sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and paddleboarding, from initiation to advanced levels
• Lead and coordinate a team of 5 to 12 instructors and animators, ensuring motivation and alignment
• Guarantee the safety of guests and team members in all water activities
• Promote watersports within the Resort and ensure the quality of services delivered
• Support your teams in their professional growth by uniting them around clear objectives
• Maintain and monitor the condition of nautical equipment, materials and Resort facilities
• Ensure strict compliance with ClubMed hygiene and safety standards
