Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years warehouse supervisory experience in a 3PL or high-security environment.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to meet customer SLAs.
• Enforce safety and security measures.
• Ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
• Lead and develop staff through coaching and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with carriers and customer contacts for shipment management.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
• Prepare and report operational performance to management.
