Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Previous experience working with Welding and Safety products will be an advantage.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide training, and schedule shift assignments.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, equipment, or workflow.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
  • Prepare reports on productivity, inventory levels, and other key warehouse metrics.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement in workflow, efficiency, and cost control.
