About the Role

Are you a detail‑oriented and organized professional with proven experience in warehouse operations?

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in the retail industry.

In this role, you will lead warehouse operations and play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
  • Enforce health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and space utilisation for maximum efficiency.
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments (sales, fulfillment, purchasing, receiving, returns, listing, and customer service) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Manage office‑related operations, including procurement, vendor relations, and facilities upkeep.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems, conduct audits, and minimise stock discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on inventory, productivity, and warehouse performance.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses within budget.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in warehouse management (retail industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse management principles.
  • Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and office productivity tools.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and decision‑making skills in fast‑paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance in warehouse settings.
  • Experience with lean management or continuous improvement initiatives (advantageous).
