Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Manage stock orders, collections, and supplier coordination.
• Allocate materials and costs to projects, updating the project board regularly.
• Support site teams by coordinating deliveries and assisting with logistics when needed.
• Monitor budgets, report on variances, and flag any labour or material overspend to Finance.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and efficiency standards in the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse or stock management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
• Computer literate (basic reporting & project allocations).
