Oversees daily operations staff management stock control and premises wellbeing. Role is vital to the smooth running of operations implementation staff productivity and client accountability.

• Min 2 years experience within a similar position
• Bilingual
• Computer literacy / Xero Accounting
• Opening and closing of premises
• Overseeing a wellness check of premises
• Overseeing processing of all orders and ensure the correctness of it.
• Ensures correct labels are neatly placed and sent to correct customers.
• Coordinating daily packing quantities
• Stock control and ordering of products as well as packaging agents
• General staff management and well being
• Supervising employees work schedule and hours
• Updating the websites
• Invoicing shop clients
• Managing online and email orders
• Printing of Labels
• Petty cash recons
• Forecasting of Takealot and website stock
• Ensuring stock availability on all lines
