Job Title: Picker / Packer

Globelink Interport Logistics s a leading distribution company based in Gauteng South Africa. We are currently seeking dedicated Pickers and Packers to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Picker / Packer you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand customer orders to accurately pick and pack products
• Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment
• Use equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move products to designated areas
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards set by the company
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Picker / Packer in a warehouse or distribution center will be an advantage
