This strategic role will ensure precise inventory management, timely order dispatch, and compliance with quality and safety standards, all while contributing to the smooth efficiency of our supply chain.Key performance areas include : Receipt and storage of finished goods.Audit-ready inventory records and regular stock counts.Timely deliveries from production and logistics teams.Warehouse space utilization optimization for finished goods.FIFO / FEFO compliance.Daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels and movements.Warehouse procedures and documentation implementation.Support in warehouse audits and continuous improvement initiatives.Performance expectations include : Inventory precision : 95% accuracy through audits and cycle counts.Reliable fulfillment : more than 95% of orders dispatched on time and in full.Stock rotation compliance : complete adherence to FIFO standards for effective inventory flow.Optimal space usage : best use of storage locations for efficient operations.Safety excellence : zero lost-time injury record and full compliance with safety audits.Team engagement : minimizing staff turnover by fostering strong morale and motivation.Adequate training for all team members, monitoring attendance, performance, and development needs.Quality control : limiting returns due to packaging or quality issues to under 1%.
