Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

The Warehouse Supervisor will also be tasked with maintaining inventory levels, implementing safety protocols, and monitoring warehouse performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the activities of all employees in the warehouse, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct briefing of all staff during the night shift.
• Manage the night shift and ensure all employees perform the tasks assigned to them.
• Monitor and develop team member performance.
• Ensure accurate completion of daily night shift orders in a timely manner.
• Overall management of all warehousing functions.
• Efficiently manage stock handling from pickers and checking, dispatching of orders and associated processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures, including inventory management and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor warehouse staff.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other software tools to track and manage inventory.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred.
