Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and disciplinary hearings and attend CCMA cases.
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Housekeeping.
• Manage the team regarding productivity and time management.
• Prevent and manage shrinkage and damages.
• Manage logistics in warehousing and manage expenses in the department e.g overtime.
• Manage implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Managing the food Safety Audit Program.
• Utilise the prescribed systems (Great Plains) to draw reports.
• Manage the budget for the section.
• Manage staff and welfare of members.
• Manage the branch warehouse function.
• Manage stock control and inventory function including stocktake preparation.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping programme on an ongoing basis.
• Leverage Great Plains reporting in order to control branch logistical functions.
• Manage the statistics of picking for picker statistics and ensure productivity.

Qualifications
