Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy, through regular cycle counts and stock-takes.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Ensure all stock movements are correctly processed and documented.
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with sales and procurement departments to ensure stock availability.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and controls.
• Assist with the training and development of store personnel.
• Produce reports relating to stock control and warehouse performance.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of managing a team while maintaining high operational standards.

Seeking an experienced and highly organized Store / Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and stores department. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory control, staff management, receiving and dispatching of goods, stock accuracy, housekeeping standards, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the store environment.

This position requires a hands-on leader with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse and general workers.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in a store, warehouse or inventory management role.
• Minimum 2 years'' experience managing staff.
• Strong stock control and inventory management experience.
• Computer literacy and experience with inventory systems.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Valid driver''s licence.

• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck clutch products.
• Experience working with rebate books.
• Forklift licence and forklift experience.
