A well-established warehouse near the mall in Worcester is looking for a disciplined and reliable Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of four.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, physically fit and confident working in a structured environment. Strong computer skills are essential, though SAP experience is not required.

Salary: R15 000 to R20 000 CTC plus profit share.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations and supervise a team of four
• Oversee stock control and ensure accurate records
• Handle receiving, dispatching and general warehouse flow
• Assist with physical tasks, including lifting when needed
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient workspace
• Support management with reporting and general admin

Requirements:

• Matric is essential
• Previous experience in a disciplined or highly structured environment (police, army or correctional services background beneficial)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Computer literate
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Healthy and dependable with a clean criminal record
