KFC Rohloff Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order dispatch, driver coordination, and compliance with safety standards.

This role is key to maintaining accurate stock levels, optimizing space and processes, and driving team performance through training and development ensuring reliable, cost‑effective support for business needs.

What You’ll Be Cooking Up
  • Inventory Accuracy – Maintain accuracy in stock levels post‑reconciliation.
  • Dispatch Timeliness – Ensure orders are dispatched on time.
  • Picking Accuracy – Achieve accuracy in stock picking and dispatch.
  • Stock Loss – Eliminate avoidable stock loss through robust inventory controls and process discipline.
  • Safety Compliance – Uphold adherence to health and safety standards, ensuring minimal accident environment.
  • Driver Punctuality – Ensure consistent on‑time execution of all deliveries, transfers, and pickups.
  • Training Completion – Ensure all warehouse staff are fully trained on systems, SOPs, and safety protocols.
  • Reporting – Deliver timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
What You Bring To The Table
  • Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Diploma or advanced Certificate in warehouse or logistics or procurement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and Infraspeak.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and improving warehouse performance.
  • Hands‑on approach and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability.
  • Experience in QSR or Retail.
