Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily receiving and dispatch processes efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure all SOPs are followed and processes are compliant
  • Oversee warehouse staff performance, timekeeping, and productivity
  • Supervise the packing, stacking, and movement of stock
  • Manage full-cycle stock control, including assembled stock and repairs / exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of stock movement and performance
  • Oversee the use of POS and Sage Pastel systems to ensure operational accuracy
  • Minimise stock losses and damages through proactive management
  • Plan and coordinate deliveries, collections, and logistics
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety, and compliance standards
What You'll Need
  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Management advantageous)
  • 4+ years' experience in retail, warehouse, or receiving operations
  • 4+ years' experience managing a team (18+ staff)
  • 4+ years' customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook; Sage Pastel advantageous)
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
