The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse facility and ensuring the efficient and effective running of all warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Develop and implement warehouse operations policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control processes
• Plan and coordinate the shipment, receipt, and storage of goods
• Ensure the safe and secure handling of all products and materials
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency
• Manage the warehouse budget and ensure cost‑effective operations
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and generate reports as required
• Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
