Introduction

GSI Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations in Centurion.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing inventory, optimising processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials to support production efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations and staff supervision.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
  • Implement and monitor effective inventory systems to minimise variances.
  • Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain warehouse layout and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct cycle counts, stock takes, and reconcile inventory records.
  • Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant Warehouse / Logistics / Supply Chain qualification (advantageous).
  • Minimum 5 years’ warehouse management experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / WMS systems.
  • Proven leadership, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
