We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at a busy industrial / steel supply warehouse in Epping, Cape Town.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for managing all warehouse activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a skilled team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Manage stock control, reconcile with data systems, and conduct cycle counts.
• Plan and coordinate product dispatches.
• Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Participate in branch stock takes and produce operational reports.

Requirements
