The Role: Warehouse Manager

We're seeking a proactive, hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead operations within a 400sqm facility in Cape Town. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, balancing team supervision, process optimisation, and stock accuracy to support seamless product flow across retail and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and quality control
  • Supervise warehouse staff, coordinate delivery schedules, and maintain workflow efficiency
  • Manage stock records, track inventory movements, and conduct regular cycle counts
  • Maintain warehouse layout, organisation, and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and turnaround times
  • Monitor and report on stock levels, assisting with reordering where necessary
About You
  • 3 -5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities
  • Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse systems
  • Computer literate (MS Office; inventory software advantageous)
  • Excellent attention to detail, planning, and time management
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, apparel, or design industries is an advantage
  • Hands‑on, reliable, and able to lead by example in a small, high‑performing team environment
