Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee a large distribution center in Bloemfontein. You will manage receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping while leading a team and driving operational improvements.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of modern warehousing techniques, with experience using WMS and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a senior warehouse leadership role.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to manage a large workforce and operate in a demanding environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
