We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, inspection, and storage of merchandise in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a medium to large‑scale receiving / logistics role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with procurement staff to schedule deliveries and ensure efficient receiving operations.
• Inspect incoming merchandise for quality and quantity, documenting any discrepancies or issues.
• Store merchandise in designated areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management, ensuring accurate records and minimal stock losses.

Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• 1‑2 years' experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a medium to large‑scale receiving / logistics role.
• Proven experience as a receiver or similar position, with knowledge of safety practices and procedures applicable to food product reception.
• Valid Forklift license and experience in operating Hyster or reach trucks.
