Overview
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Accurately capture and update inventory, stock movement, and warehouse records into the company’s database or ERP system.
 - Maintain records of incoming and outgoing stock, including garments, fabrics, and accessories.
 - Ensure all stock discrepancies are reported and resolved in a timely manner.
 - Assist in stock takes, audits, and cycle counts as required.
 - Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
 - Generate reports on stock levels, movements, and trends as required by management.
 - Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive warehouse and stock information.
 
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent; additional courses in data capturing, logistics, or warehouse management is advantageous.
 - Proven experience in data capturing, preferably within a warehouse, logistics, or clothing manufacturing environment.
 - Strong numerical and analytical skills.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP software.
 - High attention to detail and accuracy.
 - Good organizational and time-management skills.
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 - Excellent communication skills and a team player.
