Job summary

Kabstrading Co in Johannesburg is looking for a hands-on client services and warehouse associate to support both front-office client interactions and warehouse duties. You will welcome new clients, verify details, handle payments, and ensure accurate log records and reporting.

In addition, you will manage stock movements, assist with month-end tasks, and ensure safe, compliant warehouse operations including FIFO, loading, and exporting shipments to Africa.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and contact new Clients; maintain feedback reports.
• Verify Clients information and update banking details.
• Handle Hub payments and liaise with Accounts.
• Resolve queries (orders, short deliveries, payments, etc.).
• Provide product and service information professionally.
• Maintain Call Logs, Query Logs and generate reports.
• Process qualification orders, PV/BV transfers and commission calculations.
• Assist with month‑end sorting, collating, packing and distribution.
• Receive, pick, pack, check and dispatch goods according to SOPs.
• Ensure correct shipping to Africa and export shipments.
• Load/off‑load trucks and containers.
• Conduct daily/monthly stock counts and ensure FIFO stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Comply with OHASA regulations, including working at heights up to 12 metres.
• Assist with events.
