Position Summary

As Warehouse Assistant, you will be the backbone of Timmdek's supply chain. Your role ensures that inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations are running efficiently, accurately, and safely—supporting both internal sales and external site deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Administration: Accurately record incoming and outgoing stock (composite decking, cladding, accessories, and hardware) into the system. Maintain updated inventory logs and documentation.
  • Order Processing: Assist Warehouse Manager with generating and processing sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes. Ensure correct data entry of materials and quantities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, returns, and damaged goods. File all warehouse-related paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
  • Stock Monitoring: Support with tracking inventory levels and flagging low stock or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Clerical Support: Prepare reports, update stock databases, and assist with basic administrative tasks to support warehouse operations.
