The Warehouse and Logistics Manager :

Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Oversee the logistics process, including transportation, storage, and distribution of goods.

Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain performance.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control processes.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Warehouse and Logistics Manager should have :

Proven expertise in warehouse and logistics management, ideally in the industrial / manufacturing sector.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management systems.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Ideally coming from the Manufacturing and production industry within refrigeration / cooling
