Our client, a reputable and well-established hospitality venue in Cape Town, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fine dining environment and a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive and professional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations confidently.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, maintaining fine dining presentation standards.
• Support the setup and clearing of tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Comply with hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• South African ID.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Based in Cape Town with own reliable transport.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Clear criminal record.
• Presentable, professional, and able to work under pressure.
