Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Waiter who is fluent in German to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests in our onboard restaurants and dining areas. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity to work and travel in a dynamic and exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist them with seating arrangements
• Present menus and take orders from guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to company standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic dining experience for guests
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings as required

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German (both written and verbal)
• Previous experience as a waiter or in the hospitality industry preferred
