• Present menus and take orders from guests in a timely and efficient manner


• Make recommendations and answer any questions about menu items


• Serve food and beverages to guests according to company standards


• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly


• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a professional manner


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and dining room


• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, as well as restocking supplies


• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service


• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe dining environment


• Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable dining experience for our guests
