Job summary

PRR Recruitment Services is seeking an Intermediate-Senior 3D Artist for a project‑based contract to develop high‑quality, performance‑ready 3D assets for VR/XR training experiences. You will work across modelling, texturing, optimisation and Unity integration with XR Developers and Delivery Leads to ensure assets are visually convincing and technically efficient.

You will own production tasks, solve technical/artistic challenges, and contribute toward evolving toward a specialist 3D craft role

Qualifications

Must have a strong 3D portfolio demonstrating modelling, texturing and asset creation.
Solid experience creating 3D assets for real-time applications.
Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing high-quality 3D models and assets for VR/XR environments.
Building assets with Unity and VR performance constraints in mind.
Creating clean topology and production-ready geometry.
Developing PBR materials and textures optimised for real-time environments.
Refactoring and optimising existing assets for VR use.
Maintaining performance budgets (polygons, draw calls, memory).
Ensuring assets are correctly scaled and oriented for Unity integration.
Collaborating with XR Developers and Delivery Leads to meet milestones.
