Job summary

A leading energy management company in Johannesburg seeks a Business VP for Power Systems to lead their operations and drive strategic growth. This role requires significant experience in MV products and energy sector sales, as well as strong P&L management and leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will develop and execute growth strategies while managing a team of professionals, ensuring a focus on digital transformation and customer experience. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA are preferred.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in MV products, energy sector sales and projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing a full P&L for a business or country.
• Experience with long-cycle solution sales and complex commercial environments.
• Strong leadership experience managing large, geographically distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of digital solutions, MV systems, and utility operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for MV product portfolio and Power Services.
• Achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and margin targets.
• Drive pipeline growth and define Go-To-Market strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of professionals across the region.
• Strengthen internal and external stakeholder relationships.
