Position: VP of Sales

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify potential clients and proactively generate leads through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of QuickTeam's services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer support, to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and maintain high client retention rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts to upper management.
  • Participate in sales meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to expand professional networks and promote QuickTeam's services.
