Role Description

This is a full-time field technician role for a Network / VoIP Engineer. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing networks and VoIP systems. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing telephony and technical support, and managing network infrastructures. The candidate will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure reliable VoIP services.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT certifications and qualifications in telecommunications or a related field
• A valid driver's licence and own car
• Proficiency in Voice over IP (VoIP) and Telephony
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Experience in networking and managing network infrastructures
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Milnerton
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
