Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VMware Support Engineer, located in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for VMware environments, addressing customer issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The VMware Support Engineer will also work closely with clients to resolve system and network-related problems while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for VMware environments
  • Proficiency in Operating Systems and related technologies
  • Excellent Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant VMware certifications such as VCP are highly advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
