Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in visual merchandising/ store layout optimization/ retail design in multi-format retail.

The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for designing, standardizing, and governing visual merchandising principles across categories and banners in alignment with the One Merch operating model. The role is also required to translate category strategies, space planning frameworks, and shopper insights into scalable visual execution standards that optimise customer flow, enhance product storytelling, and improve commercial performance across all store formats; ensuring that visual standards, POS application principles, and pre-retailing guidelines are commercially aligned, operationally executable, and consistently applied across banners and categories.

Requirements:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma in Visual Merchandising/ Retail Design/ Interior Design/ Marketing related qualification.
• Certification in retail layouts/ graphic communication/ space planning advantageous

Experience:

• 4+ years’ experience in visual merchandising/ store layout optimization/ retail design preferable within a multi-format retail environment.
• Experience working with planograms, layouts, or in-store execution.
• Experience supporting category refreshes and promotional rollouts
