• Designing In-Store Displays: Design and implement visually appealing in-store displays, window displays, and other visual presentations to showcase products and promote sales.
• Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance on best practices and creative direction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, and store operations, to ensure cohesive visual representation and brand consistency.
• Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to assess visual presentation, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
