About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store presentation and customer experience at their retail locations, primarily serving the Mahikeng area. You will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays that attract customers, highlight products, and align with brand aesthetics. This role requires a keen eye for design, an understanding of retail trends, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The hybrid nature of this role means that while store visits in Mahikeng are essential, some planning and administrative tasks may be conducted remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies for in-store displays, windows, and promotional areas.
• Ensure all displays are executed to a high standard, reflecting brand identity and current trends.
• Collaborate with the retail team to plan and implement seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain and update visual merchandising standards, ensuring consistency across all store elements.
• Create compelling product arrangements that maximize sales potential and enhance the customer shopping journey.
• Source and manage props and fixtures required for displays.
• Conduct store visits to assess current displays and implement changes as needed, balancing with remote planning tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
