Job description

We are seeking Virtual Sales Administrators located in South Africa to support a U.S.-based Law Practice. Prior experience in the legal field is preferred but not required. Candidates must be fluent in English, confident in communicating professionally, and comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for clients. Your focus is to ensure every caller feels comfortable, guided, and well-informed. In this role, you will handle a variety of receptionist and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, redirect calls, or take detailed messages.
  • Respond to client inquiries and assist with concerns or complaints.
  • Gather and record the required information from callers.
  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail.
  • Organize, sort, and forward emails.
  • Update and maintain records and files.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Fluency in English, with clear, professional communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, call center, administration, or client-facing roles (legal experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive situations.
  • Comfortable gathering detailed information and delivering accurate messages.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with common online platforms, virtual collaboration tools, and email communication.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple calls and tasks at once.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
