Placements24 is seeking an imaginative Virtual Play-Based Learning Facilitator to join our online education team. The role delivers engaging play-based experiences to young children through digital platforms, designing interactive sessions that spark creativity and social development in a fully remote setting.

You will translate hands-on activities for virtual formats, collaborate with curriculum developers, and adapt sessions for various ages while maintaining a warm, supportive learning

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Proven experience in facilitating play-based learning with young children.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt hands-on activities for a virtual platform.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and interactive online resources.
• Creative and resourceful in designing engaging virtual activities.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and empathetic approach to working with children.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
• Ability to manage a virtual classroom effectively.
