Virtual Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Respond to incoming inquiries from potential clients via phone, message, and form submission.

Conduct initial consultations to gather information about the client's case and evaluate its potential.

Responsibilities
  • Information Gathering: Collect and document detailed information about the client’s injury, accident, and related circumstances.
  • Case Evaluation: Assess the validity and strength of potential cases based on provided information and firm criteria, and collaborate with legal team members to determine whether the case should be pursued further.
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately input client information and case details into the firm’s case management system, maintaining organized records and ensuring completeness.
  • Client Communication: Follow up with clients to obtain additional information or provide updates on case status; explain the legal process and firm procedures to new clients.
  • Lead Conversion: Persuade qualified prospects to sign agreements or contracts with the firm, developing and maintaining rapport with potential clients.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings between clients and attorneys, and provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.
