Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in legal research, documentation, and client communication. If you’re a highly driven individual with a passion for supporting attorneys, managing caseloads, and ensuring seamless client experiences, we want to hear from you. You’ll play a key role in assisting attorneys with probate and estate planning matters while maintaining accuracy and organization across all case files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis using online databases and legal journals.
  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents for attorney approval.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and act as the liaison between the client and the attorney.
  • Schedule meetings, manage attorney calendars, and coordinate Zoom sessions using LEAP.
  • Follow up on outstanding documents and ensure all necessary materials are prepared for court filings.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume legal firm.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency with modern web tools such as Google Docs, Slack, Microsoft Office, and legal software (LEAP experience a plus).
  • Experience drafting legal documentation and supporting attorneys in probate or estate planning is highly desirable.
Other requirements
  • High-speed fiber internet (minimum 50–100 Mbps).
  • Own laptop/desktop with external monitor.
  • Stable backup power supply.
  • Quality headset with a built-in microphone.
  • Availability: Monday–Friday during U.S. time zones.
