PLH Exclusives, a mission-led homebuilding company rooted in craftsmanship and integrity, is seeking a sharp, resourceful, and detail-obsessed virtual executive assistant to directly support our founder and leadership team.
This is not your average VA role.
You’ll be the operational backbone and air traffic controller protecting our CEO’s time, anticipating needs before they arise, and building repeatable systems that fuel growth.

You’ll act as the gatekeeper, systems builder, and operational extension of the founder.
Your core functions will include :
Own the CEO’s inbox and calendar.
Prioritize, respond, and declutter daily.
Schedule meetings with clarity, context, and zero surprises.
Goal : CEO sees only what matters and never misses a beat.
Keep tasks, SOPs, and shared folders current.
Track follow‑ups.
Maintain a clear view of business priorities and proactively remove friction.
Build efficient systems using tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and AI integrations to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and clients via email.
Help onboard new hires.
Prepare proposals.
Ensure documents and certifications are tracked.
Help coordinate social media scheduling, follow up on campaigns, and manage light marketing workflows as needed.
Send invoices, track expenses, and monitor irregularities (QuickBooks or JobTread experience is a major plus).
3+ years as a VA, Executive Assistant, or Operations Admin
Excellent written and verbal communication
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, calendar & task systems, file management
Confident using AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.) to improve efficiency
Highly self‑directed, with calm under pressure and obsessive attention to detail
Able to work within CST / EST hours (some overlap required)
Bonus : Experience in construction, project‑based teams, or HR coordination
Bonus : Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, JobTread, or Contractor Foreman
$7-$10 / hr USD (based on experience)
