A national educational organization seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide school-based therapy services to students across multiple states. The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) provides support in delivering school-based occupational therapy services to students across multiple states under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L). The COTA works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitor student progress, and promote participation and access to learning environments. This position requires proficiency in virtual school settings, technology-based documentation, and effective collaboration with staff across state lines and time zones.
