About the Role

We are seeking diligent and highly detail-oriented Offshore Remote Virtual Assistants to join our operations team. This is a crucial high-volume data entry and verification role focused on ensuring the accuracy of our insurance book of business. The successful candidate will be responsible for manually reviewing client policy and enrollment records against external online databases to confirm their active status. This is a task-oriented position that requires exceptional accuracy and speed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Verification: Manually review and verify the status (active pending or inactive) of policies and enrollments listed in our internal database (book of business).
  • Database Cross-Checking: Navigate various external online insurance databases or carrier portals to cross-reference and confirm the current status of each policy / enrollment.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately update internal records spreadsheets and databases with the verified status information correcting discrepancies as needed.
  • Process Adherence: Strictly follow established protocols for data entry security and record-keeping to maintain compliance and data integrity.
  • Volume & Speed: Maintain high productivity and accuracy while processing a large volume of records daily within set deadlines.
  • Issue Flagging: Promptly identify and flag records where the internal data significantly contradicts the external database information for supervisor review.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in high-volume data entry virtual assistance administrative support or quality assurance.
  • Accuracy & Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a near-zero error rate.
  • Technical Setup: Must possess a reliable high-speed internet connection a quiet home office environment and personal equipment (computer / laptop) capable of handling concurrent data entry and web navigation.
  • Skills: High proficiency in navigating multiple web tabs / applications simultaneously and expertise in using spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) for tracking and reporting.
  • Communication: Fluent written and spoken English is required for internal communication and training.
