Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Etsy.
Monitor inventory levels, process orders, and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via email or chat in a professional manner.
Conduct product research to identify trends, pricing, and competitive opportunities.
Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvement strategies.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records and databases for products, vendors, and customers.
Support the management team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
