A dynamic international organization in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced administrative or virtual assistant. Responsibilities include managing billing records, responding to client emails, and supporting marketing tasks. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace. Manage and update billing records, invoices, and financial reports.
Perform data entry, file organization, and document management.
Respond to client and customer emails professionally and promptly.
Support publishing operations, including coordination of materials and timelines.
Assist with email marketing tasks such as list updates and campaign preparation.
Handle basic graphic design work for book layouts, promotional materials, and digital assets (training and resources provided).
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and task completion.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all assigned tasks.
At least 2 years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and / or Microsoft Office tools.
Basic understanding of bookkeeping or financial tracking (QuickBooks experience a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Based in South Africa (Jewish community background preferred for cultural alignment).
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Eager to learn and open to training from subject matter experts.
