Job Title: VIP Security Officer - CPT

Location: Western Cape, Cape Town

Deadline: September 25, 2025

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of premises and personnel, including monitoring surveillance and patrolling.
• Prevent loss, theft, and report irregularities or suspicious activities.

You Bring

• Registered with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority).

A Bonus To Have

• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous security experience.

What You’ll Do For The Brand

• Arrive 15 minutes before the branch opens and conduct perimeter patrols.
• Monitor all entry points, including scanning guests and their belongings, ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Assist with traffic control and maintain communication equipment.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures, including security checks and reporting.
• Attend branch meetings and assist with stock reception and alarm tests.

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service.
• Address guest complaints proactively and communicate feedback effectively.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
• Wish departing guests well and invite them to return.

Compliance

• Wear full Amadoda uniform with name badge, ensuring proper attire and grooming.
• Scan all entering persons, including team members, and enforce no bags or weapons policy.
• Ensure no alcohol is present on premises if not licensed.
• Follow all security and conduct policies strictly.

Code of Conduct

• Remain alert, professional, and disciplined during shifts.
• Refrain from smoking, eating, or using cell phones while on duty.
• Report for duty sober and avoid leaving the post unattended.

Other Requirements

• Report absenteeism 2 hours before shift.
